Laparoscopy is a trend of scientific development outside thetwenty-first century. With the continuous development of surgicaltechniques and instruments,it has been more widely used in varioussurgical, and its small local trauma, quick recovery, mild reflecting ofbody are favored by the medical profession and patients of allages. However, due to the complexity of liver anatomy, technical andinstrument development restrictions, the pace of development oflaparoscopic partial hepatectomy has lagged behind other laparoscopicsurgery.Since1991, Reich etc[1], first published laparoscopic partial liverresection reports, the surgical approach has been developed gradually tobecome a relatively safe surgical liver[2].The procedure was first used inthe treatment of benign tumors to obtain good results[3],And thengradually began to be used in the treatment of liver cancer to be widelyaffirmed. But unlike the complete removal of the spleen and kidneysurgery, its operation is extremely difficult, and there was no reportedcases of bulk.Conventional laparoscopic partial liver resection hasbecome the last bastion that the development of laparoscopic surgeryneed to break. For the comparison of the efficacy of therapeutic effects oflaparoscopic partial hepatectomy and open partial hepatectomy is extremely important. Objective: we discuss and explore the comparison of the efficacy oftherapeutic effects of laparoscopic partial hepatectomy and open partialhepatectomy, including intraoperative conditions (operative time, bloodloss, etc.), absolute time in bed after surgery, hospital stay, cases ofrecurrence and metastasis after surgery, quality of life during perioperativecomplications and other aspects,so as to assess the clinical value oflaparoscopic liver resection surgery.Materials and methods:Collecting32patients to accept liver resectionin our hospital from May2013to December2014through a retrospectiveanalysis, they will be divided into A, B groups depending on the type ofsurgery,16cases in each group.A group is for laparoscopic partialhepatectomy and group B for open partial hepatectomy.Compare theirsituation during surgery (operative time, blood loss, etc.), absolutetime in bed after surgery, hospital stay, quality of life during perioperativecomplications and other aspects so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy oflaparoscopic liver resection surgery.Result:Their operative time, cases of recurrence and metastasis aftersurgery and perioperative complication rate were not statisticallysignificant though comparison of laparoscopic partial hepatectomy andopen partial hepatectomy in patients.Blood loss of group A is less thangroup B, incision length of group A shorter than group B, fasting time of group A is less than group B, hospital stay of group A less than group B,absolute bed time of group A is less than group B.Conclusion:Laparoscopic partial hepatectomy was better than traditionalopen partial hepatectomy,in blood loss, incision length, fasting time, absolute time in bed, hospitalization period etc.It really achieve thepurpose of less invasive, quick recovery, surgical safety. The procedurehas a high clinical value.
