| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin clyster combined with western medicine for treatment in type Ⅲ A prostatitis and confirm Kangfuxin clyster of clinical efficacy and possible mechanism to treat the disease by the relevant indicators.Methods:The 72 subjects were treated, according to Excel randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases. The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets each one,2 times a day, and each time a tamsulosin once daily. Treatment group on the basis of the control group add to Kangfuxin clyster, per 100ml, once daily. The treatment lasted 4 weeks, then observed the prostate fluid routine, NIH-CPSI score, TCM syndrome symptom scores before and after treatment. In addition, all patients were specimens to use enzyme linked immunosorbent assay inflammatory factors indicators.Results:After treatment, the treatment group 7 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,6 cases got improved and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate in Kangfuxin clyster is 73.53%; the control group 3 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,11 cases got improved and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate in western medicine is 45.71%; The treatment group and control group are differences in statistics (P<0.05). The patients with Kangfuxin clyster in NIH-CPSI score, TCM syndrome symptom scores, EPS and inflammatory cytokines were improved. Correlation analysis found that the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 with the pain symptom score in NIH-CPSI was positively correlated.Conclusion:Kangfuxin clyster combined with western medicine therapy have curative effect on type ⅢA prostatitis and improve clinical symptoms.Kangfuxin clyster can reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in EPS, so it play a therapeutic role on regulate immune function with localized prostate and control inflammation. |
