Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Type Of Internal Arrest Of Water And Moisture Early Diabetic Kidney Disease With Chushi-lishui Decoction

Objective: To observe the efficacy of dehumidification Lishui recipe in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with internal arrest of water and dampness,and to provide the corresponding basis for its clinical application.Methods: From January2018 to October 2018,74 inpatients in the Department of Endocrinology,Urumqi Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 37 patients in each group.Divided into treatment group,control group was given valsartan capsule 80mg/ oral,the treatment group was treated with dehumidification Lishui recipe on the basis of treatment in the control group,the drug composition and dose were as follows: decoction 400 ml per dose,warm after meals in the morning and evening,the course of treatment of the two groups was 8weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of each group before and after treatment were observed before and after treatment(including edema,fatigue and fatigue,less food,dry mouth and drinking,etc.).The laboratory indexes included:UACR,UAE,eGFR,HbA1 C,FBG),and the changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment(including edema,tiredness and fatigue,less food and more drinking,etc.).And fill in the corresponding scoring form.All the data in this study are collected.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical processing.Results: 1After 8 weeks of treatment,UACR,UAE,HbA1 C,FBG,eGFR in the control group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the score of TCM symptoms were significantly improved(P < 0.05).2After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms and scores of UACR,UAE,HbA1 C,FBG,eGFR,in the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3Compared with the two groups after treatment,the TCM symptoms and symptoms of UACR,UAE,eGFR,in the treatment group were compared.There was significant difference in the degree of improvement between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of HbA1 C,FBG between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).Conclusion: Dehumidification Lishui recipe combined with valsartan is more effective than valsartan alone in the treatment of early water-dampness internal arrest diabetic nephropathy.
