Objective To study the relationship between different stimuli and therapeutic effects in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by Natural Moxibustion Blisters therapy, and to optimize the choice of stimulus for allergic rhinitis by comparing the therapeutic effects of different stimuli. The results of the study were used in clinic in order to provide a safe, less side effects and good therapeutic effect for patients. Methods We collect the patients who met the criteria of this study in the section for outpatients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from February 2018 to November 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:natural moxibustion group 1(cake diameter 0.3 cm)and natural moxibustion group 2(cake diameter 1.0 cm),30 cases in each group, and treated by a randomized controlled clinical trial. The patients were treated three times and followed up for one month.General information and basic clinical information were recorded.Symptom grading scoring criteria and quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were recorded before treatment, after treatment and during follow-up.SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Chi-square test was used for the comparison of counting data.Measuring data were expressed by the mean ± standard deviation(`x±S).Normality test was performed first. If normal distribution was consistent or approximate to normal distribution, rank sum test was used for non-normal distribution, and t test was used for non-normal distribution.Standard with statistical significance: P ?0.05.Results Symptom grading scoring criteria and the RQLQ score of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(p< 0.05).In terms of efficiency, the total effective rate of group 1 was 82.76%,and that of group 2 was 92.59%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(p< 0.05).In improving the symptoms and quality of life of allergic rhinitis, group 2 was better thangroup 1(p< 0.05).Conclusion(1)natural moxibustion is effective in treating allergic rhinitis. It can improve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as nasal obstruction, nasal itching, continuous sneezing, runny nose, and improve the quality of life of patients.(2)The size of stimulation has a direct impact on the curative effect. The patients with large stimulation are better than those with small stimulation in improving symptoms, shortening the course of disease and curing disease, and the long-term curative effect is better.
