Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure By Yishen Paidu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Paidu decoction in treating chronic renal failure with spleen and kidney Qi deficiency and turbidity,and to explore the mechanism of Western medicine in order to provide new ideas and methods for treating chronic renal failure.Methods:63 patients with chronic renal failure in department of Nephrology and Department of Chinese medicine and ward of Binzhou University of medicine were selected according to the criteria for the inclusion of experimental cases.The control group was treated with basic therapy(conventional Western medicine treatment),while the experimental group was given a daily dose of Yishen Paidu decoction.Both groups took 8 weeks as a course of treatment to record the observation indexes of curative effect before and after treatment:TCM symptom score,24h urine protein,renal unction test index(such as creatinine,urea nitrogen,endocreatine clearance rate)and safety index:blood,urine,stool routine,heart func tion,liver function.Results:both groups were effective in reducing the total score of TCM syndromes,but the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of single symptom integrals,the scores of patients in the control group were compared before and after treatment,and the scores of the two symptoms were statistically tested,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Other symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment.After treatment,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.10%,the total effective rate of the control group was 64.50%,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).In the aspect of improving laboratory index:two groups after treatment,24h urinary protein,serum creatinine(SCr),quantitative urea nitrogen(BUN)are decreased,the endogenous creatinine clearance(CCr)are higher,comparison between the two groups,have significant difference after statistics processing,the parameters(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Safety indicators:blood,stool routine,cardiac function,liver function and so on.Conclusion:Yishen Paidu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency and turbid chronic renal failure,improve renal function,and has accurate curative effect and no adverse reaction.
