Clinical Observation Of Sanhuang Yishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sanhuangyishen decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis through clinical observation.Methods: 60 patients with chronic renal failure who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).On the basis of general treatment and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Sanhuang Yishen decoction.The control group was given oral Shenshuai Ning capsule.After taking it continuously for 12 weeks,the changes of TCM syndrome score,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and serum cystine C were observed to evaluate the curative effect of Sanhuang Yishen decoction,and the changes of safety indexes were observed by observing blood pressure,blood routine and liver function.Results:(1)Comparison of total effective rate: Sanhuang Yishen decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis chronic renal failure in TCM curative effect,the treatment group significantly effective in 1 case,effective in 8 cases,stable in 17 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.66%.There were 0 cases in the control group.Effective in 1 case,stable in 12 cases,ineffective in 17 cases,the total effective rate was 43.33%,through statistical analysis(p < 0.05),there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of the curative effect of western medicine,the treatment group was significantly effective in 9 cases,effective in 11 cases,stable in 8 cases and ineffective in 2 cases.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,2 cases were effective,7 cases were effective,12 cases were stable and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(2)Comparison of data before and after treatment: after 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C and 24-hour urinary protein in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.Serum albumin and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those before treatment(p < 0.05).In comparison between the two groups,after 12 weeks of treatment,the two groups improved the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and decreased the quantity of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C and 24-hour urinary protein.There was significant difference in the increase of serum albumin and hemoglobin(p < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Safety index change: There were no abnormal blood pressure,blood routine and liver function in both groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.Sanhuang Yishen decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic renal failure with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis2.Sanhuang Yishen decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type.3.Sanhuang Yishen decoction can effectively reduce serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum cystine inhibition in patients with chronic renal failure.So as to delay the progress of chronic renal failure.4.Sanhuang Yishen decoction can improve the level of serum albumin and hemoglobin in patients with chronic renal failure.
