Correlation Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of Zhigancao Decoction On Cardiac Diseases

Objective: Under the guidance of the corresponding evidence theory,this study,conducted a statistical analysis on the case of Professor Li Xiao using Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of cardiac diseases,and analyzed the prescriptions of prescriptions to expand the scope of application of Zhigancao Decoction.Methods: The data were from September 2015 to February 2018 in the outpatient and inpatient of Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,using “outpatient and ward electronic medical records system”to search medical records of eligible Zhigancao Decoction for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and to organize the medical records And effective entry Word document or Excel form.The age,sex,solar term,body weight,disease spectrum,symptom,tongue coating,drug frequency,dosage and flavoring using SPSS19.0 statistical software,Clementine 12.0 software,TCM inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 and Microsoft Office Excel software to statistical,finally,indepth analysis,conclusion,summed up the corresponding relationship Zhigancao Decoction.Result:1.Application indication and symptoms of Zhigancao Decoction: Palpitation,chest pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness,headache,sleepdisorders,sweating,dry mouth,aversion to cold,tongue dark red,thin white fur.(Basal heart rate is slow)2.The disease spectrum of Zhigancao Decoction: Primary :atrial fibrillation,ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats,coronary heart disease.Secondary:viral myocarditis,sinus bradycardia,dilated cardiomyopathy,atrial flutter,heart failure,atrial tachycardia,hypotension,pulmonary heart disease,hypertension.3.Drug Decoction dose and drug dosage: With Qi deficiency,Astragalus membranaceus is added,and yang deficiency is obvious in addition to Qian yang feng sui dan.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the ancient literature and the use of Zhigancao Decoction used by doctors today,combined with the experience of instructors,the statistical analysis of the use of the party's case,this paper believes that the pathogenesis of Zhigancao Tang prescription is: Yin Yang Qi deficiency Virtual,heart is lost.The key symptoms and tongue veins are: palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness,headache,dark red tongue,thin white fur,slow pulse,or generational changes.Can be used for arrhythmia,coronary heart disease,viral myocarditis and other cardiovascular diseases.
