| Objective: clinical observation and discussion on the therapeutic effect of zhigancao decoction on pre-atrial contraction of coronary heart disease(qi-yin deficiency).Methods: 70 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the first department of cardiovascular medicine,the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine,from March 2019 to February 2020.The treatment group and the control group were divided into35 cases.Among them,the control group was given conventional treatment of antiarrhythmia by western medicine,and the treatment group was given antiarrhythmia by western medicine + zhigancao decoction.In patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral change,clinical curative effect index(the number of premature atrial contractions on 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram,QTd,SDNN)changes,use statistical software SPSS20.0will collect data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Compared the TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group,the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared the numbers of pre-atrial contractions on 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram after treatment between the treatment groupthe and control group,the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared the QTd after treatment between the treatment groupthe and control group,the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared the SDNN after treatment between the treatment groupthe and control group,the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhigancao decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with premature atrial contraction of qi-yin deficiency in coronary heart disease.2.Zhigancao decoction can reduce the number of patients with premature atrial contraction of qi-yin deficiency in coronary heart disease on 24 h holter ECG.3.Zhigancao decoction can reduce the QTd of patients with premature atrial contraction of qi-yin deficiency in coronary heart disease on ECG.4.Zhigancao decoction can improve the autonomic nerve regulation of the heart which on patients with premature atrial contraction of qi-yin deficiency in coronary heart disease. |
