| Research purposes:To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of "Anchangyuyang Decoction" in treating ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and heat-damp.And to evaluate its safety and efficacy objectively.Research methods: Sixty patients with UC who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,30 cases in each group.Both of two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Treatment group was given Anchangyuyang Decoction.Control group was given Gu Chang Zhi Xie Wan.After 12 weeks,observed the total clinical curative effect,TCM curative effect and intestinal mucosal lesion curative effect before and after treatment in both groups.Using software SPASS21.0 statistical to analyze the related observation indexes.Research results:1.The total clinical curative effect of two groups of patients: the total effective rate was 86.66% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.By statistical analysis,p<0.05,the total clinical curative effect of the two groups was different,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The two groups of patients with TCM Symptom Comparison: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group,80% in the control group,by statistical analysis,p<0.01,there are significant difference on the two groups of TCM symptoms.3.Comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients undergone mucosal colonoscopy: the total effective rate was 86.66% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,by statistical analysis,p <0.01,the treatment group is better than control group.4.Safety evaluation: The treatment group and the control group were no significant adverse reactions.Analysis conclusion: Anchangyuyang Decoction has a good effect on UC with Spleen Deficiency and Heat-damp,which can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and promote intestinal mucosa repair,is an effective prescription for the treatment of UC with Spleen Deficiency and Heat-damp. |
