Clinical Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Elderly Patients With Diabetes And Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveThe First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction patients with traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction were studied by using the analysis.The influence of diabetes on the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction and provide medication ideas.MethodCollect the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,January 2016 ~2018 year in January the first diagnosis of diabetes inpatients with cerebral infarction,and the diagnosis standard,collect 200 cases,to establish a database,the database using Excel and SPSS software to analyze the correlation between the traditional Chinese medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction using status.ResultsIn this study,200 kinds of drugs were used,the cumulative frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine 3323;this statistics is the most commonly used before the twenty medicines,in accordance with the frequency from more to less as follows: Astragalus,angelica,chuanxiong,Poria,Rhizoma Coptidis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix puerariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Scutellariae,radix,Atractylodes,winter wheat,earthworm,37 powder,dried rehmannia root,spatholobus stem,yam,radix paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Rhizoma alismatis.The first three were supplementing deficiency drugs,antipyretic drugs and activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs.It is the basic medication for the treatment of senile diabetes with cerebral infarction.ConclusionThrough the statistics of therapeutic drugs,the concept of medication for senile diabetes combined with cerebral infarction-nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood and removing stasis.This also conforms to the physiological characteristics of the Senile Deficiency of Qi and Yin,blood stasis and stagnation.The compatibility of prescription embodies the idea of the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
