Objective:1.Through the existing clinical evidence collection,collation,analysis,clea r the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment is effecti ve and safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with diabete s.2.With the Apriori algorithm and Kohonen modeling method of artificial i ntelligence,prescription rule mining in treatment of acute cerebral infarc tion with diabetes;through drug resistance,frequency,flavor,channel tr opism,efficacy analysis study on acute cerebral infarction with diabetes syndromes and syndrome distribution characteristics,preliminary clear prescription prescription in treating acute cerebral infarction with diabete s,for clinical application of cerebral infarction with diabetes to provide reference.Method:1.Meta analysis Meta analysis of domestic and foreign databases for literature search,manu al search of relevant information,collection of integrated traditional Chines e and Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction with diabetes literature.To meet the inclusion criteria of literature,based on the use of drugs of different classification,using Stata MP 14 meta analysis,grouped according to the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine treatment based on RR and SMD,t he effect of the two groups of patients were collected,mortality rate,effici ency,quality of life score,symptom score and nerve defect blood glucose,blood lipid,blood rheology,inflammatory factors and adverse reaction ind ex.2.Data Mining Research The research of data mining in accordance with the inclusion criteria based prescription database,collect the relevant information in general,cerebral i nfarction onset time,duration of diabetes,clinical indicators,the use of dru gs,medicines,drug resistance,frequency tropism,efficacy analysis,the use of network node,Apriori algorithm,Kohonen algorithm and modeling met hod of artificial intelligence.The clinical characteristics of the patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes research in law,and the relationship with clinical features and treatment of clinical indicators.Result:1.Meta analysis(1)A total of 104 clinical trials were included,including 10366 patient s in the treatment group and the control group with a total of 5125 patien ts(n = 5011).Most of treatment,respectively,Yiqi Huoxue Qingrejiedu,Jianpi Tongluo,liver Yang Zhen and Zhenganxifeng method,of which the most frequently used method of Supplementing Qi and activating blood.With the decreased.Conclusion:1 Existing clinical evidence shows that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction with diabetes can improve neurological symptoms,improve the quality of life score,and improve the clinical indicators.2 Patients with acute cerebral infarction with diabetes age is lower,more common in men,the onset of cerebral infarction after the onset of medication time,more than the diagnosis of diabetes after 5-10 years of stroke.3 Yiqi Huoxue therapy is the most commonly used method of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with diabetes.Blood stasis medicine and tonic drugs are commonly used drugs.4 Blood stasis drugs,collaterals the efficacy of drug use of high frequency,the liver by drug use flat rate.5 Association rules to achieve high frequency drug combination and application,may increase the efficacy.6 Cluster analysis to extract the new prescription,according to the basic clinical data suggested the possible application of the law,may provide an important reference for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with diabetes prescription and the development of new drugs.7
