Object: To investigate whether there is a correlation between the syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and the diastolic function mediated by brachial artery(flow-mediated dilation FMD)in the people with hypertension in the community of Chinese medicine. Methods: Based on the data from the epidemiological investigation database of the population syndrome in 2013 and 2015 of the hypertension Chinese medicine community in Shandong plain county,we established the syndrome of individual Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, kidney qi deficiency, liver fire hyperactivity and phlegm dampness, and set up an epidemiological survey database of population syndrome, and selected 2015.A total of 2739 hypertensive patients who participated in the survey were analyzed for baseline data of age, sex, blood pressure and FMD index. Conclusion: The syndrome of hyperactivity of hypertension Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity is associated with FMD,suggesting that yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity may be a high risk syndrome of hypertension.Early vascular endothelial intervention may delay vascular endothelial dysfunction in the period of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. |
