The Study Of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined With Huoxue Zhitong Powder In The Treatment Of Knee Pain After Tibial Intramedullary Nail

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Powder in the treatment of knee pain after tibial intramedullary nail.Methods: This paper collects from March 2016 to September 2017.A total of 50 patients in the department of trauma orthopedic in affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the inclusion criteria,all patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were 26 cases in the treatment group.Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Powder were given to preventive treat postoperative knee pain.There were 24 patients in the control group,Give clinical routine treatment.Upon consent of the patient.Recording the information of patient through ward case system and outpatient system.Collecting the VAS knee pain in two groups,Lysholm knee score,the condition of limb swelling,fracture healing time and average length of stay etc.Using SPSS software for data analysis.Through two groups of comparisons,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Powder.Results: In the treatment group and control group,statistical analysis was performed on gender,age,surgical approach,injury mechanism,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05).The treatment group and control were statistically analyzed in the case of swelling,hospitalization and fracture healing time,there was no statisticallysignificant difference(P> 0.05).Statistical analysis was performed on knee VAS score,comparison of knee joint VAS scores level and Lysholm knee score,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Although there was no statistical significance in the swelling of the knee,it can be seen from the trend chart that the swelling of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is slightly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Powder was remarkable in the treatment of tibial intramedullary nailing postoperative knee pain and the functional recovery of knee.It can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of patients' clinical treatment.It is worth clinical popularizing widely.
