Clinical Research On Treatment Of Chronic Nephritic Proteinuria With The Method Of Lizhongyishenheluo

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the method of Lizhongyishenheluo for chronic nephritic proteinuria,and discuss its mechanism?advantage and feasibility.Methods:72 patients diagnosed the chronic nephritic proteinuria were randomly separated into two groups.Each group consisted of 36 cases.On the basis of routine and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Modified Lizhong soup,and the control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine called Shenyankangfu tablet.They were taking a course of treatment for 2 months.To record and analyze the changes of relevant indicators before and after the treatment.Result:After 2 months of clinical observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,which was superior to that of the control group(66.67%).The score of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The 24 h urinary protein of the treatment group were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05);The urine occult blood,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine of the treatment group were obviously reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chronic glomerulonephritis' 24 h urinary protein were significantly reduced with the method of Lizhongyishenheluo,more effective than Shenyankangfu tablet.
