Study On The Regularity Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis (Proteinuria) In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose: To sum up the TCM’s treatment experience of old famous traditional Chinese doctor of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria),and discovering the law of TCM name of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria), etiological factors, pathogenesis,the principle of theory, therapy, recipe, and drugs. Method:Collecting the literature involving 14 old famous TCM doctors’ treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria)to establish a database.Summarizing the TCM name, etiological factors,pathogenesis,the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment by content analysis;used the frequency analysis and cluster analysis the 14 old famous TCM doctors’ treatment drug,induce the chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria)old famous TCM doctors’ treatment drug experience. Results: 1.The most common TCM of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria)is “lumbago”,“edema”,all 14 doctors are mentioned. 2. Exogenous wind is the main cause of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria),followed by Exogenous hot and Exogenous wet. 3.The characteristics related to the pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria) is the root and branch aspects,the root include yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,the branch include dampness, dampness-heat,blood. 4.All 14 old famous TCM doctors use syndrome differentiation and treatment,9 of them use dialectical treatment+syndrome differentiation and treatment,3 of them use syndrome differentiation and treatment+treatment by stage. 5.The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria)is invigorati ng spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness,Yin-nourishing qi-tonifying,cl ear away the wetness-evil,wind to spread evil,clearing away heat and tox ic,Expelling wind and dredging collaterals. 6.Collect 188 drugs in 100 experience prescriptions,total use 1140 times.Drug use frequency more than or equal to 4 times drugs has 75,according to the classification,they are tonic,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat-clearing drug,diuretics for eliminating dampness ne for medici,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,stringent drug,adrug drugs for dispelling internal,diuretics for eliminating dampness,rheumatism romoting blood circulation,ponict.And drugs drugs for regulating QI flow,cold and removing blood stasis drugs,heat-clearing drug,diuretics for eliminating dampness drug are basic drugs.Old famous doctor often use 52 drugs include fuling,shanzhuyu,shengdi,gouqizai,zexie,yimmucao,baihuasheshecao,danggui,j iangchan,jinyingzi,qianshi,taizishen.shanyaol,chenpi,fuzi,hanliancao,huangb ai,huangqin,gouji,lianqiao,tusizi.maidong,zelan,zhimu,gancao,niuxi,yiyiren,chuanxiong,dangshen,baidoukou,chantui,danshen,cheqianzi,dilong,baizhu,fangf eng,honghua,jinyinhua,zhuling,baishaom,banxia,duzhong,jiegeng,sangjisheng,d anpi,shashen,shiwei,taoren,zhizi,baimaogen,nvzhenzi,huangqi.the most commonly used drugs are tonic,heat-clearing drug,diuretics for eliminating dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.In the tonic,yin nourishing drug and qi tonifying drug are most common,the second are tonifying yang and enrichthe blood drug,tonifying spleen are most common,the second are tonifying the liver and kidney,tonifying lung.From the core drugs,14 old famous TCM doctors often use treatment like tonifying spleen and qi tonifying,yin nourishing and tonifying kidney,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Conclusion: 1.The most common TCM of chronic glomerulonephritis(proteinuria)is “lumbago”,“edema”. 2.
