Objective: China will incorporate international trade in Chinese medicine into its overall strategy for the development of foreign trade.However,the level of modernization of Chinese medicine in our country is low,and Chinese medicine does not occupy a competitive advantage in the international natural medicine market.The current problems in the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in China,such as the lack of suitable international strategic plans for Chinese medicine companies,the drug registration barriers of Chinese medicines that are difficult in the developed countries,and the lack of quality standards for traditional Chinese medicines,are the issues for the development of Chinese medicine companies in the internationalization of Chinese medicines.Therefore,this paper puts forward the strategy for the internationalization development of Chinese traditional medicine enterprises.Methods: The literature research method,data collection method,SWOT analysis method and comparative analysis method are used.Veregen,Crofelemer and Tasly’s Compound Danshen Dripping Pills are compared,and a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between Dong-E-E-Jiao,Tasly,and Tong Ren Tang in the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines,which provide reference and guidance for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine companies.Conclusion:This paper takes the problem of the internationalization of Chinese traditional medicine as the breakthrough point and puts forward the strategy for the internationalization development of Chinese traditional medicine enterprises,such as market segmentation,target market,market positioning(STP)strategy;registration of Chinese medicines to meet the registration standards of mainstream countries in Europe and the United States;improving the quality standards of Chinese medicines;promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine products;increasing the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine and developing new medicines with high added value;strategic alliance strategy;strategy of traditional Chinese medical science to promote traditional Chinese medicine;strengthening domestic and international applications for Chinese medicine patents and researching on the protection of intellectual property rights of Chinese medicine;Strengthening international exchanges to eliminate cultural barriers;Promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce of Chinese medicine.
