Comparative Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:This topic uses the menstruation promoting pregnancy(Zhongwan(RN 12)Guanyuan(RN 4),Guilai(ST 29),Zigong(EX-CA1),Ciliao(BL 32),Shenshu(BL 23),Huangshu(KI 16),Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)),using acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure,to observe the efficacy of two kinds of treatment for premature ovarian failure,expecting to provide a reliable basis for clinicians to take a better treatment program and improve clinical efficacy.Method:Forty patients with premature ovarian failure who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group(20 cases)and acupoint catgut embedding group(20 cases).Acupuncture group was detached in 2 cases.The treatment of the two groups was different.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture plus electro-acupuncture.The catgut embedding group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The study period was 28 weeks.The levels of serum hormones(FSH,LH,E2)before and after treatment were recorded,as well as TCM(Traditional Chinese medicine)symptoms scores and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups of patients with premature ovarian failure(P>0.05).2.Comparison of serum hormones(FSH,LH,E2)and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture and catgut embedding treatment of premature ovarian failure In the improvement of serum hormone(FSH,LH,E2)levels,clinical symptoms have significant effect.3.Compared between the two groups,the serum hormones(FSH,LH,E2)and TCM symptom scores after treatment were statistically analyzed.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating acupuncture group and acupoints.There was no significant difference in the levels of serum hormones(FSH,LH,E2)and clinical symptoms in the catgut embedding group.4.The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 72.22%,and the total effective rate of acupoint catgut embedding group was 75.00%.Rank sum test(P>0.05)of grouped data showed that there was no significant difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy are effective in the treatment of premature ovarian failure,and the clinical symptoms of the patients can be improved to some extent.However,there is no statistical significance in the statistical analysis of the therapeutic effects of the two therapies(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment of premature ovarian failure clinical efficacy is equivalent.
