Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of huanglian wendan decoction to interfere in the syndrome of phlegm and heat intermingling in type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver,to evaluate its safety and preliminarily explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients with the syndrome of phlegm and heat intermingling in type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group: metformin enteric coated tablets. The treatment group: addition and subtraction of huanglian wendan decoction with metformin enteric coated tablets. The course of treatment was 60 days.Record the patients' age, gender, height, weight, waist circumference, course of disease, observation of TCM symptoms before and after treatment. Two groups were measured before and after treatment like BMI,HbA1 c,FPG,2hPG,FINS,blood lipid, liver function, blood uric acid(SUA)and other indicators of change.Apply statistical software for statistical analysis of the related data, and evaluate its clinical curative effect. Results: After the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was about 83.33%,and the effective rate of the control groupwas about 53.33%.Two groups of patients in the body mass index efficacy, blood sugar level curative effect, liver function curative effect, liver B ultrasonic curative effect, blood uric acid curative effect and other aspects were improved, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious abnormality in the safety observation index. Conclusion: Addition and subtraction of huanglian wendan decoction has significant curative effect in patients with the syndrome of phlegm and heat intermingling in type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver, and may improve symptoms of TCM clinical symptoms, blood glucose level, liver function, liver ultrasound grading index, delay progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of further research. |
