A Study On The Differentiation Of Primary Enuresis In Children

Objective: Through frequency analysis and clinical data of primary enuresis in children literature,summarize the common syndrome differentiation points,promote the standardization of syndrome differentiation.Methods: The retrieval publication period for the2007-2017 China Journal Full-text Database of primary enuresis in children literature,collected the clinical data,enuresis database,frequency analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 software,summarize the common syndrome differentiation points.Results: The results show that the lower element deficiency,lung and spleen deficiency,liver heat,heart and kidney do not pay for the common syndromes of infantile primary enuresis.The key points of Xia yuan deficiency cold type are as follows:Small bowel movement,Nocturnal frequency of urine,Aggravation of cold season,Pale tongue,White fur;Key points of syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen qi deficiency:Daytime frequency of urine,Self perspiration,Easy to catch cold,Anorexia,Defecation,Tongues,Thin fur;The key points of the syndrome of liver meridian dampness and heat:Urinate yellow,Smell,short-tempered,Stool,Lingual red,Yellow greasy;Key points of syndrome differentiation of heart and kidney failure:Lightyellowish urine,Smell,Many night dreams,Red color of the tongue,Little moss.Conclusion: The main viscera of infantile primary enuresis,Abnormality of urine and tongue image as the main points of syndrome differentiation,It provides the basis for standardizing the syndrome differentiation and treatment.
