Study On The Compatibility Rules Of Acupoints For The Treatment Of Postpartum Depression By Acupuncture

Objective:Through data mining,this paper summarizes the acupoint matching rules of acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum depression,observes the clinical efficacy of high frequency acupoint matching scheme and "Siguan acupoint",and further reveals the therapeutic effect and acupoint matching rules of acupoints.To provide a new idea and research reference for the future clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum depression.Material and method:In this study,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data were used as the literature sources."Postpartum depression syndrome or postpartum depression syndrome or puerperal depression syndrome or puerperal depression syndrome or puerperal depression syndrome" and "filiform needle or acupuncture or electroacupuncture or acupuncture" were used as the intelligent retrieval methods.Relevant literatures published from the establishment of the database to September 1,2019 were searched.Excel was used to establish the scheme matrix of acupoint matching and calculate the frequency of acupoints.SPSS 25.0 was used to cluster analyze the usage of acupoints.SPSS modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules of acupoint selection schemes in relevant literatures meeting the inclusion criteria.It was found that the most frequent acupoint selection scheme was Taichong Neiguan Baihui.Methods 68 cases of postpartum depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.In the control group,Taichong,Neiguan and Baihui were selected;The treatment group was Siguan(bilateral Hegu,Taichong).The two groups were treated with conventional acupuncture,retaining needles for half an hour.Three times a week for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of PPD screening scale,Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Through data mining,the most frequently used points in clinical acupuncture treatment of postpartum depression are Taichong,Baihui,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Shenmen,etc;The most common channels were:foot sun bladder,foot Jueyin liver,and Du Mai;Among them,the correlation degree of etheric impulse,Baihui and Neiguan acupoint matching scheme is the highest.2.EPDS and HAMD scores were compared between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment;After treatment,the scores of EPDS and HAMD in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The most frequently used acupoints for the treatment of postpartum depression were Taichong and zutaiyang;Taichong,Baihui and Neiguan were the most frequent acupoints.2.Both the treatment of acupuncture at "Siguan" and the treatment of the most frequent acupoint matching can improve postpartum depression.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Siguan point on postpartum depression is more significant.
