A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Fire Insomnia By Regulating Massage

Objective: Through the clinical experiment research,observing and researching the clinical efficacy of Tiaodu Massage Treat The liver-fire syndrome insomnia.Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaodu massage,the control group was treated with conventional massage.With Pittsburgh sleep quality index and TCM syndrome scores of the liver-fire syndrome insomnia as evaluate index,all patients were evaluated by them before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results: 1.The comparison of comprehensive efficacy by two group have statistical significance after treatment and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The comparison of Pittsburgh sleep quality index by two group have statistical significance after treatment respectively and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The comparison of TCM syndrome score by two group have statistical significance after treatment respectively and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment group and the control group can improve liver-fire syndrome insomnia,but the treatment group was better than the control group and worth in the clinic.
