Adopting Needle Warming Moxibustion For Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Purpose:The main purpose of this paper is to study,needle warming moxibustion treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy,and compares it with the conventional acupuncture therapy.Method:Methods 60 cases of clinical medical records were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,and the clinical efficacy was observed.The specific method is:the treatment group were treated by needle warming moxibustion,acupoint selection:Fengchi(bilateral)and Cervical Jiaji(bilateral),Tianzhu(bilateral),Jianjing(bilateral),Dazhui,Hegu(bilateral),Waiguan(bilateral),J(bilateral).The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture,and acupoint selection and acupuncture manipulation refer to the ninth edition of acupuncture and moxibustion teaching materials.Treatment once a day,ten times as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses of statistical efficacy,the two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms were analyzed.After the data analysis of curative effect,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly stronger than that of the control group.Result:The score difference between the treatment group and the control group was more obvious,and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the symptom quantification integral table,the quantitative scores of the treatment group increased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),while the control group did not change significantly.Ridit test results showed that:the treatment group and the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the statistical results showed that needle warming moxibustion and conventional acupuncture on nerve root type cervical spondylosis have therapeutic effect,significantly better than the control group but the efficacy of the treatment group,it can determine the acupuncture moxibustion for nerve root type cervical spondylosis more effective than conventional acupuncture therapy.
