Purpose: This topic is mainly through the " abdominal needle with exercise therapy intreatment of acute lumbar sprain of clinical research, observation of exercise therapy" and "abdominal needle for the treatment of the clinical curative effect of acute lumbar sprain.Method: By the methods of blind, randomized, controlled clinical research method,observation outpatient’s collection of60patients with acute lumbar sprain. Abdominal needlewith exercise therapy group (treatment group)30cases, abdominal needle group30cases(control group), a course of treatment time is5days. Two groups of retaining needle for30minutes every day, every day1time. After the treatment of acute lumbar sprain waist painsymptoms curative effect, symptom curative effect, treatment waist mobility symptoms ofacute lumbar sprain after working time.Result:" Abdominal needle with exercise therapy in treatment of acute lumbar sprainthe significant improvement rate was93.33%; Symptoms have significant curative effect; Inthe treatment of lumbar pain, waist limited activities such as working time was significantlyshorter than the body acupuncture treatment group.Conclusion: In the treatment of acute lumbar sprain of the two methods can achievegood clinical curative effect, can improve the patient’s pain and waist waist activity situation,and abdominal needle with exercise therapy in treatment of acute lumbar sprain curativeeffect evaluation research is better than the control group.
