The patient satisfaction level is an important index to evaluate the service level of a general hospital.In recent years,with the improvement of social and economic development level,the doctor-patient relationship in China has become increasingly tense and medical disputes have increased.The tension between doctors and patients not only affects the psychology of patients and their families,but also affects the construction of a harmonious society.it also severely interferes with the normal working order of medical institutions,increases the workload of medical management departments and the psychological pressure of medical staff,and destroys the medical and health undertakings which are already very weak.Therefore,it is very urgent to actively investigate and study the real thoughts of patients in the medical process,and to effectively master the satisfaction of discharged patients.This research is based on the solid and scientific basis of foreign domestic satisfaction research,and through literature retrieval,interviews,questionnaire survey,empirical research and other methods,it studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of patient satisfaction evaluation in Yancheng First People's Hospital,and puts forward the new outpatient and inpatient satisfaction evaluation tool in 2016 to carry out weight setting,structural reliability and validity detection.Finally,carry out patient satisfaction evaluation.To make a comprehensive analysis and research on the patient satisfaction of Yancheng First People's Hospital in four quarters in 2016,to reflect the current situation of the hospital's discharged patient satisfaction with data,and to analyze the factors causing patient dissatisfaction with several typical cases,in order to try to provide theoretical reference for improving patient satisfaction and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Finally,this paper discusses the strategies to improve patient satisfaction:think that hospital management should improve the medical level,strengthen the quality of medical care services,improve the level of logistics support,strengthen doctor-patient communication and satisfaction management;The strategies of government management are to promote health reform,improve mediation mechanism and improve the legal guarantee system of patients.The third-party level can continuously improve the reliability level of the third-party investigation,build a good social communication mechanism between hospitals and patients,and strengthen the positive publicity and guidance of public opinion.
