| Objectives:1.Make scientific and standard video of pre-operation visit situation.2.To explore the application effect of situational micro-video pre-operation visit in patients undergoing hepatobiliary laparotomy,and to provide basis for operating room nurses to carry out scientific,standardized and efficient pre-operation visit.Methods:This study is a kind of experimental study.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 patients who were scheduled to undergo elective hepatobiliary laparotomy from July 2018 to September 2018 in a third-class first-class general hospital in Changsha were selected.50 patients in odd-numbered wards were selectedby drawing lots and divided into control group and 50 patients in even-numbered were selected as the experimental group.The control group received the traditional routine preoperative visit mode,Including oral pre-operation visit explanation and issuing pre-operation visit list.In the experimental group,based on the traditional routine preoperative visit,the mode of preoperative visit was combined with situational micro-video.The pre-operation visit of situational micro-video mainly includes the following contents:? Situational video recording.By searching the literature and combining with the clinical practice,the shooting content of the situational micro video was determined.After being approved by the nursing experts in the hepatobiliary ward and operating room,a period of 6 minutes and 17 seconds of the situational micro video was completed.? The use of contextual video.The researchers carried the tablet computer to play the contextual video during the pre-operation visit and asked the patient to scan the QR code to download the contextual video and explain it while watching with the patient.General demographic data,anxiety score,blood pressure and heart rate were collected,and preoperative visit time was recorded.Used Office Excel 2013 Software for data recording and organization,and SPSS 20.0 Software for data statistical analysis.A normal distribution of SAS,blood pressure,heart rate and visiting time was shown using the normality test and distribution curve.T-test and chi-square test were used for counting data.Significance level of statistical test was statistically significant with(p?0.05.)Results:1 There was no statistic difference in general demographic data(including age,gender,marital status,medical payment method,occupation),between the two groups of patients(p>0.05),hence,the results was at comparable scales.2.Self-comparison between the two groups showed that anxiety score,blood pressure and heart rate were lower after preoperative visit than before,and the difference was statistically significant(p?0.05).3.There was no significant difference in anxiety score,blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before visit(p>0.05).Through comparing Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups treated by interview,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Through comparing the visiting time of the two groups,results showed that time used in the experimental group was less than control group.The difference of visiting time between two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Through comparing the patients' satisfaction with nursing work at operation room,results showed that patients' satisfaction in the experimental group was better than control group.The difference of patients' satisfaction between two groups was statistically significant(p?0.05).Conclusions:1.Combined with situational micro-video in preoperative interview could reduce the anxiety rating scale of patients and stable blood pressure and heart rate.2.Combined with situational micro-video in preoperative interview,visiting time was improved patients.3.Combined with situational micro-video,patients' satisfaction with preoperative visit can be improved. |
