Curative Effect Analysis Of Artificial Hip Replacement And Intertrochanteric Fractures Of The Femur Treated By PFNA In Elder

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and complications for artificial hip replacement and intertrochanteric fractures of the femur treated by internal fix ation of PFNA in elderly patients.Method:68 elderly patients with intertrocha nteric fractures of the femur,who receiving treatment in our hospital from No vember 2013 to October 2017,were selected and divided into observation grou p and control group according to different treatment methods.Patients in the o bservation group were treated with artificial hip prosthesis replacement,while p atients in the control group were treated with internal fixation of PFNA,and i n order to observe and compare the condition of operation,curative effect and postoperative complications for the postoperative patients.Result:?Compared with the control group,the patients in observation group who were reduced i n hospitalization time,operation time and postoperative time on getting out of bed,but the incision length increased,the amount of bleeding increased,and t here was significant statistical difference.(P<0.05).?Compared with the control group,the early hip function recovery of the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant.The long-term hip function recovery of the two groups was similar,and the difference was not statistically signific ant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was a reliable and effective method for the curative effect analysis of artificial hip replacement and intertrochanteric fractures of the femur treated by PFNA in elderly.The hospitalization time,operation time an d postoperative time on getting out of bed for patients with artificial hip repla cement were shorter than those of patients with internal fixation of PFNA,whi ch has obvious significance for early activities,reducing the complications of 1 ong bed time or preventing the aggravation of primary diseases;but the forme r was more serious than the latter,such as the length of incision increased,th e amount of bleeding increased,which also should be worth notice.Secondly,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was obvi ously lower than those in the control group,which indicating that artificial hip replacement can effectively reduce the postoperative complications in elderly p atients with intertrochanteric fractures,and thereby improving survival rate and cure rate.Finally,from the follow-up of our two groups cases,it had obvious advantages of the artificial hip replacement for the postoperative funtional r ecovery of early hip joint;and from the results of long-term follow-up,both o f them have achieved satisfactory results,which indicating that the methods of the two groups were reliable and effective for the functional recovery of long-term hip joint.
