Objective: To observe the recent curative effect of bone cement type femoral prosthesis and biological femoral prosthesis in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly femur.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients treated by artificial hip arthroplasty from June 2015 to December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed inYan 'an Hospital,Kunming,The complete follow-up data were 75 cases.they were randomly divided into two groups: 37 cases of bone cement group and 38 cases of biological group.Contrast two groups of hospital time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,postoperative complications,lower part and total weight-bearing time,hip joint Harris scoring excellent rate and imaging effect.Results: Compared with the bone cement group,the operation time of the biological group was shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the total load time was longer,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after the postoperative partial load time and the postoperative hip joint Harris scoring excellent rate.(P>0.05).There were 3 cases of "bone cement implantation syndrome" in the bone cement group,including 1 case of death.At the end of the follow-up period,both groups of Harris scores were significantly improved compared with the preoperative period,and the two groups were followed up without prosthodontic displacement,loosening and subsidence.Conclusion: Bone cement hip arthroplasty and biological hip arthroplasty for the treatment of advanced femoral intertrochanteric fractures can achieve satisfactory short-term results.The fixation stability of bone cement hip arthroplasty is higher,But the risk of bone cement implantation syndrome is also higher.The operation time of biological hip arthroplasty is shorter,the intraoperative blood loss is less,and the intraoperative safety is high,But the risk of fracture around the prosthesis is higher.
