Objective To explore the application of the Psycho-cardiology model for the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension,and to study its application in two diseases.Method First: 60 patients with coronary heart disease who met the diagnostic criteria from2016-01 to 2017-12 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group received routine drug treatment.The observation group was treated with a psycho-cardiology model on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,changes in SDS and SAS scores,and changes in BNP,LVEF,blood cortisol,IL-10,and TNF-? levels were compared between the two groups before and 4weeks after treatment.Second: 100 patients with primary hypertensive hypertension admitted to our hospital from 2016-01 to 2017-12,There were included in the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the principle of random number table.Medical model treatment,the control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs and general education.The changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(TC)levels were compared between the two groups,and the anxiety and depression status of patients were evaluated by HAMD and HAMA.Result Clinical application of double heart medicine in patients with coronary heart disease:(1)The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly better than 97.3% in the control group(P<0.01).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(S>0.05).The SDS score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).(3)Before treatment,the cardiac function index,inflammatory factor index and blood cortisol level of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,blood cortisol,LVEF,BNP,TNF-? levels The levels of IL-10 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Clinical application of double heart medicine in patients with hypertension:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before the treatment(SBP,DBP,TG and TC)(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the observation group of SBP,DBP and TC The water level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the TG content decreased,but the decrease was not significant before treatment,the difference was not obvious(P>0.05);the control group after treatment,SBP,DBP The level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but the TG and TC levels were not significantly improved compared with the treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The improvement of SBP,DBP and TC in the observation group after treatment Significantly greater than the control group,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the TG content between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)HAMD: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of both groups decreased,and the decrease of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P <0.05);After 12 weeks,the score of the control group was not significantly lower than that of the 4 weeks of treatment,while the observation group still showed a significant decrease,and the decrease was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);HAMA: before treatment,two groups There was no significant difference.After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation group had a significant decrease compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the control group decreased,but the difference was not different(P>005),and the reduction of the observation group was significantly greater than that.The control group(P<0.05);after 12 weeks,the observation group was further reduced,and the level was significantly different from that before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group.The reduction of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group.Group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The dual-heart medical model has a very good therapeutic effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension,showing significant clinical efficacy,and it also shows good curative effect on the treatment of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.Improving the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients is worth further clinical promotion.
