Objective: To explore the effect of the therapy of " psycho-cardiology medicine" on depression after percutaneous coronary stent implantation. Methods: 579 patients after coronary stent implantation were selected, patients with Hamilton Depression Scaled ? 8 points were included in the depression group, the rest were included in the non depression group;the depression group was randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, patients in the control group were given routine care, patients in the intervention group were given psycho-cardiological care on the basis of routine one,and the scores of Hamilton Depression and Barthel Index Table of the two groups were compared different. Results: 1)19.0% of patients were depressed after PCI;2)Multivariate regression analysis showed that the positive history of previous myocardial infarction may be related to the increased risk of depression after PCI(0R=1.818,P=0.007);3)The total score of HAMD in intervention group was 16.97±5.36,which was higher than that in control group(16.04±4.22,t=1.011,P=0.314);the total score of Bi in intervention group and control group was 87.65±8.31,86.11±9.08,which was not statistically significant(t=0.928,P=0.356);4)After 4 months of intervention, the total score of HAMD in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.42±4.53,P=0.014).The total score of HAMD in the intervention group decreased from 16.97±5.36 to 13.42±4.53 before and after intervention(t=3.351,P=0.000).Routine nursing was used in the control group, although the total score of HAMD decreased, the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.371,P=0.711);5)In the intervention group,25 patients had positive history of previous myocardial infarction. The total score of HAMD decreased from 21.28±5.63 to 16.37±5.11 before and after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.229,P=0.002);6)The Bi scores of intervention group and control group were higher than those of four months ago(t=-5.626,t=-6.686,P=0.000).There was no significant difference between the total Bi score of the intervention group and the control group(t=0.127,P=0.899).Conclusions: The history of myocardial infarction is an independent risk factor for depression after coronary stent implantation.Positive ways of psycho-cardiologycare is helpful to improve the depression of patients.
