The Study Of Wendan Tablets In The Streatment Of Turbid-phlegm Type Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety-depression State

Objective:In this clinical study, patients with Turbid-phlegm type coronary heart disease and anxiety state were used as the observation objects. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Chinese medicine symptom rating scale and Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) were used as the observation indexes, to study the clinical effect of treating phlegm type coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety by Wendan Tablets, to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study, a randomized controlled trial method was used to collect 70 cases of patients,61 cases of final effective cases, of which 30 cases were treated group and 31 cases in the control group. In the two groups were treated with conventional treatment of coronary heart disease based on, the treatment group treated with Wendan Tablets and Flupentixol and Melitrace Tablets (Deanxit), the control group received Flupentixol and Melitrace Tablets (Deanxit). All treatment for 2 weeks, compared with the two groups of HAMA, TCM syndrome score, SAQ changes.Results:Treatment group can effectively improve the patients of coronary heart disease not only anxiety, TCM symptoms, but also improve the Seattle angina questionnaire in patients with coronary heart disease of physical limitation, angina pectoris steady state, angina attack, degree of satisfaction and disease cognitive therapy. Among them, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the anxiety state, Chinese medicine symptoms, chest tightness and angina pectoris, there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.WenDan Tablets can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety in patients with turbid- phlegm type coronary heart disease with anxiety, symptoms of Chinese medicine, chest tightness and angina pectoris.2. Wendan Tablets can be treated at the same time of coronary heart disease and anxiety of some of the symptoms, that can be from the physical and psychological aspects of treatment, and less adverse reactions, higher safety.3. Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with mental disorders should be paid enough attention to "Psycho-Cardiology", so that their "psychosomatic" coordination, to promote the recovery of the disease, improve the quality of life of patients.
