Objective Through the type of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture line biological type artificial femoral head replacement effect of postoperative follow-up longer handle and analysis,preliminary discussion on influence factors,hope to provide reliable guidance for clinical.Methods Choice of Huainan city first people's hospital in April 2011 to July 2011 admitted during the period of 200 cases of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fractures using I period longer handle femoral head arthroplasty patients as the research object,among which 65 were male,female 135 cases,according to the follow-up after treatment in patients with functional Harris hip score group as a result,the minimum of 78 points,100 points,the Harris scoring 90 points or more into the curative effect of optimal group(71 cases)and the Harris score<90 points into curative effect good group(129 cases).Single factor analysis of two groups of gender,age,whether to live alone,preoperative days,operation time,the injured limb,hospitalization days,blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,affect curative effect by using multiariable Logistic analysis of risk factors.Results By the single factor analysis,preoperative days,hospitalization days,preoperative blood loss,postoperative flow for longer handle femoral head arthroplasty in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture curative effect of related factors(P<0.05),and whether gender,age,living alone and injured limb comparison difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Days by Logistic regression analysis,multiple factors preoperative,preoperative days,postoperative hospitalization days,led traffic is longer handle femoral head arthroplasty in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture curative effect of the independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative days,postoperative hospitalization days,preoperative traffic is effects of intertrochanteric fracture extended handle femoral head arthroplasty after the curative effect of risk factors,the bleeding of curative effect may also has certain effect.
