| Objective:To explore the effect of autologous fat granule injection on repairing facial concave deformity.Methods:8 patients who undergone autologous fat granule injection from January 2015 to October 2016 in plastic surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected.Then we observed the therapeutic effects of autologous fat granule injection on repairing facial concave deformity and analyzed postoperative complication.Then we further summarized according to the related literatures figured out the effect of autologous fat granule injection on repairing facial concave deformity.Results:Among all 8 cases who undergone autologous fat granule injection,4 of them undergone fat granule injection for one time,3 of them for twice,and 1 of them required the third time injection.All of them were satisfied with the therapeutic effect.Patients required multiple fat granule injections to achieve better results.And the facial concave deformity was obviously improved after surgery.No complications such as infection,seroma,cysts and so on occur.Conclusion:1.Autologous fat granule injection is an effective,reliable and safe method for repairing facial concave deformity.2.To achieve better therapeutic effects,patients need additional surgery due to different absorption rates of transplanted fat granule.3.Because of simple and relative safety of autologous fat granule injection,it can be populated in primary medical organizations after system training.4.After autologous fat granule injection,there were obvious changes in the shape of surrounding tissues.5.There are many factors which contribute to the survival rate of injected fat granule such as choice of suitable donor and recent;fat granule acquisition method;effects of anesthetic drugs;purification of fat granule;choice of injection operation;effects of cytokines and drugs on fat granule injection and so on.In order to achieve perfect operation effect,we should analyze the influencing factors. |
