Free Fat Granules Filling Clinical Observation On Repair Of Facial Depression

PURPOSE: This study is to observe and summarize the clinical effect ofrepairing facial concave deformity with autologous fat granule injected.Method: The clinical data of the patients who have undergone autologousfat. granules injected transplant dating from December2012to September2013were collected.The operative technical data、complications、esthetical resultsand patient satisfactions were analyzed。Results: Out of all10cases,3patient required another operation oncemore,2patient required the third time operation to supplement injection, all ofthem are satisfied. all the patients haven’t suffered from the complications suchas infection, liquefaction included mass,sclerosis,fat embolism etc.Conclusion:1. Autologous fat granules injected transplant is effective forthe t reatment of facial concave deformity.2. Autologous fat granules injected transplant has advantages in norejection, drawing materials conveniently,smallerscar and repeatable operation.This technique is easier to be accepted psychologically.3.
