With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to health care and health. Therefore,China's new round of health care reform program was formally launched in 2009,in which the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is highly expected. With the rapid development of urban construction, the level of medical and health services in Zhejiang Province has also been greatly improved. In 2016,all 11 cities in the province were listed as pilot cities to implement graded diagnosis and treatment. Therefore,it is of great practical significance and reference value to study residents'cognitive status in graded diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province and its influencing factors on community medical treatment.Through a large number of literature studies, this paper first studies the status quo of graded diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad, and finds that there is a big gap between Chinese residents and foreign residents in terms of cognition. Then,by using in-depth interviews,we have a thorough understanding of the status quo of the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province from the aspects of outpatient service, doctors'experience at the grass-roots level and the current system of the hospital. It is found that residents in Zhejiang Province have a high awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment, but are reluctant to choose community treatment when suffering from common diseases. Finally, through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper studies residents'awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment and its impact on residents' choice of community hospitals when they suffer from common diseases. This article finally draws the following conclusions:First, the residents'perception of graded diagnosis and treatment is affected by gender, age, educational background, family area, marital status and income level;second, although high perception is the basis, only when it forms a "graded diagnosis and treatment is feasible" attitude, can it promote the residents to suffer from illness.Third, besides the cognitive level, age, family area, income level and community experience also have an important impact on the choice of residents. Therefore, based on the conclusions of the study and following the principle of"decentralization and integration",this paper puts forward the following suggestions:the government should strengthen supporting work while vigorously publicizing;the government should increase the benefits or constraints of medical insurance;the network of resource exchange between medical institutions should be established in an all-round way;the main urban community should be strengthened.District hospitals should dare to innovate to form their own characteristics;residents should actively change their old medical concept and dare to try.
