Objective Pulmonary rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention based on a comprehensive assessment of the patients and then individualized treatment. To improve the physical and emotional state of COPD patients. To observe the clinical efficacy of the respiratory exercises combined with the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin in treating patients with severe.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase. To check if a simple home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program can elevate motor ability of COPD patients and improve the qulity of life,to provide a new clinical therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 1.The research method of randomized controlled trial was adopted in this study,This study collected 60 Cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),cases source derived from respiratory medicine of Shaoxingcity Keqiao District Hosptial of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service,in January-September 2017 clinic patients. All cases were confirmed by lung function testing for critically ill(C?D)patients,TCM syndrome differentiation of lung qi deficiency,Pi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency type.In patients in clinic order can be divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases),30 cases in the control group. Two groups of patients with basic information(age, gender, duration),into the group of former mMRC grading and acute attack number of times a year(at the same time),there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.The control group to consult bromide inhaled,18 ug,every early.Nimesulide overlapping fluticasone salmeterol(hydrochloric acid)50/500 in ug,2 times a day,in the morning and rinse your mouth after(suction)at a time. The treatment group was treated with the respiratory exercise combined with the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin on the basis of conventional therapy.3.Two groups of total course for half a year, every 2 months follow-up of patients.Respectively statistics mMRC stage,CAT score,6MWD and TCM score,,acute episodes after treatment in patients. Results 12 weeks after, make a comprehensive evaluation.of the symptoms treatment by comparing the treatment group and control group in patients with mMRC stage,CAT score,6MWD and TCM score for the disease severity in patients with COPD stabilization.Data can be found from the experiment contrast,mMRC stage,CAT score, and TCM score the treatment group are better than the control group(p<0.05);the 6MWT differences before and after treatment have no statistic meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion The results were as follow:1.The respiratory exercises combined with the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin can relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the CAT score,mMRC,and the difference with the conventional therapy was statistically significant.2.The respiratory exercises combined with the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin in stable phase, compared with conventional treatment, the improvements in 6MWT,the difference was not statistically significant, may be associated with rehabilitation time is shorter and the small number of cases, and so on.3.COPD in stable phase the respiratory exercise is safe and feasible.4.The respiratory exercises combined with the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic obstructive patients,,stable disease, prevent acute attack,to provide new therapeutic apporoaches for patients with COPD stabilization.
