| ObjectiveTo compare the effect of Zheng’s clinostatic rehabilitation exercise combined with respiratory expectoration valve on patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods64 patients with severe AECOPD admitted to the Department of respiratory and critical medicine of Bengbu Third People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from October 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with anti infection, spasmolysis and asthma relief, expectorant and oxygen therapy. After entering the stable period, both groups inhaled budesonide formoterol powder inhalation+tiotropium bromide powder spray. For 3 months, the control group was treated with lip and abdomen contraction respiratory rehabilitation, and the experimental group was treated with Zheng’s clinostatic rehabilitation exercise combined with respiratory expectoration valve. The changes of pulmonary function, severity of dyspnea, inflammatory factors and immune function were observed.ResultsAfter two different kinds of rehabilitation treatment,CD3+,CD4+and CD45+indexes in Zheng’s clinostatic rehabilitation therapy combined with respiratory expectoration valve group were significantly higher than those in the control group,CRP and IL-6 levels were significantly decreased, and dyspnea indexes, namely CAT and mMRC scores, were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with the traditional lip contraction abdominal breathing,Zheng’s clinostatic rehabilitation exercise combined with respiratory expectoration valve can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction, enhance the immune function, improve the symptoms of dyspnea and maintain the stability of pulmonary function. |
