Objective:by observing the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine quadruple treaments to blood circulation and reinforcement in improving the stability of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),finding a simple,long-lasting and effective treatment plan for KOA patients returning to the family or community. Methods:according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,63 patients from Fujian Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=32)and the control group(n=31).The knee flexion and extension muscle strength ratio of knee 60°,the Q angle of knee extension 0°,and the average trajectory difference were used as observation indicators. All the health education was carried out for two groups before treatments, and then the experimental group used "combined Sanqi Xiaotong Ointment + Moxibustion + Exhibition Intervention with the technique of"strength and elastic strength training and proprioceptive training on the mat",which is the traditional Chinese medicine quadruple treaments to blood circulation and reinforcement, the control group was intervened with "diclofenac diethylamine latex + specific electromagnetic wave + joint loosening + BTEPrimusRS muscle strength training and Prokin proprioceptive training",which is the western medicine quadruple treaments to detumescence and strong muscles. All cases were treated once a day,2 weeks for 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses, comparing the changes of observation indicators between the same group and the group before and after treatment.Results:1.In this clinical study,2 patients Eeliminated in the experimental group,1 in the control group, and 60 in the two groups.2.There was no significant difference in the general datas between the two groups of patients, and they were comparable.3.The pain assessment of the experimental group decreased from 6.47±.14 before treatment to 3.27±1.14 after treatment, and the control group decreased from 6.07±1.36 to 3.17±0.99.There was significant difference between the same group before and after treatment, and there was no difference between the groups.4.The flexion and extension knee strength ratio of the experimental group decreased from 71.68±27,841 before treatment to 57.07±13.32 after treatment, and the control group decreased from 61.34±17.45 to 51.56±10.12.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was no difference between the two groups.5.The Q angle of the male test group decreased from 16.13±3.15 before treatment to 14.00±2.99 after treatment, and the Q angle of the control group decreased from 14.27±3.20 to 11+09±2.07.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. The test group was higher than the control group.group.The Q angle of the female test group decreased from 15.89±4.01 before treatment to 14.94±1.39 after treatment, and the Q angle of the control group decreased from 17.00±2.38 to 14.69±1.53.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was no difference between the two groups..6.The average trajectory difference of the experimental group decreased from 49.47±26.89 before treatment to 32.07±15.64 of treatment, and the control group decreased from 53.57±16.82 to 34.03±10.16.There was significant difference between the same group before and after treatment, and there was no difference between the groups.Conclusion:1,"combined Sanqi Xiao tong Ointment + Moxibustion + Exhibition Intervention with the technique of "strength and elastic strength training and proprioceptive training on the mat",which is traditional Chinese medicine quadruple treaments to blood circulation and reinforcement, and "diclofenac diethylamine latex + specific electromagnetic wave + joint loosening + BTEPrimusRS muscle strength training and Prokin proprioceptive training",which is traditional Chinese medicine quadruple treaments to detumescence and strong muscles, both groups have improved curative effect on knee joint stability, and the efficacy of the two groups is equivalent.2."combined Sanqi Xiaotong Ointment + Moxibustion +Exhibition Intervention with the technique of "strength and elastic strength training and proprioceptive training on the mat",which is traditional Chinese medicine quadruple treaments to blood circulation and reinforcement is easy to operate, effective, and has the prospect of promotion in the family and community.
