1.Purpose:The object of this study is the medical staff of a top three hospital in heilongjiang province.understand their professional identity status and present situation of job satisfaction,and further explore influence professional identity and job satisfaction dimensions related to each other.On this basis,it provides suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of clinical nurses,improving the quality of medical service and providing quality service for more patients.2.Object:The research adopts the combination of cluster sampling and convenient sampling method,use a public 3 armour hospital clinical medical workers in heilongjiang province as the research object,ruled out cares,hospital administrative staff,interns and reading medical students,excluded the non-medical persons.A questionnaire was distributed to clinical departments of hospital,with one copy for each department,one for the secondary,one for the secondary,and one for the primary,with a total of 250 questionnaires.3.Conclusion:(1)The influence of demographic characteristics of medical staff on professional identity:(1)There are significant differences in the sense of professional identity in the place of residence;(2)There was no significant difference in gender,age,education,marital status,working hours and title;(2)The effect of demographic characteristics on job satisfaction:(1)There were significant differences between marriage on two dimensions of job group satisfaction and job experience satisfaction,among which married people had higher job satisfaction;(2)There is a significant difference between gender on two dimensions of satisfaction with work environment and satisfaction with work return,among which female satisfaction with work environment is higher and male satisfaction with work return is higher;(3)There was a significant difference in the age between the two dimensions of satisfaction with the work environment and satisfaction with the work experience,among which the satisfaction of people under 29 years old was higher,followed by those over 50 years old;(4)There is a significant difference between the two dimensions of job satisfaction on the working environment and job satisfaction on the job return,among which the satisfaction of higher professional title staff is higher;(5)There was a significant difference in degree of satisfaction on 1 dimension of job report,among which the degree of technical secondary school was higher;(3)Research on the correlation between professional identity and job satisfaction:Among the professional identity factors,"medical workers' professional achievements are my achievements","I care about other people's opinions on my career","people's praise of my career is like a personal praise","I would feel embarrassed if the media criticized my career","my work is important","I have the necessary business ability","I understand the content and requirements of the work","I understand my role","medical work is a part of my life" all have positive predictive effect on job satisfaction.4.Results The place of residence in the demographic character has influence on the professional identity;Among demographic characteristics,marriage,gender,age,support and educational background have an impact on job satisfaction.Job identity is a positive predictor of job satisfaction.
