Research On The Supply Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Special Medical Care Service In Community Hospitals Based On The Investigation Of A Street,Guangzhou

Chinese medicine plays an important role in the construction of healthy China.Health China's "2030" plan emphasizes that people's health should be given priority to development,and the opinions on promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine was released on October 26,2019.The characteristic medical and nursing service of grass-roots Chinese medicine has the characteristics of simple and low cost of traditional Chinese medicine.It has irreplaceable advantages in the prevention and treatment of common,frequently occurring and chronic diseases in the community,and plays an important role in maintaining or promoting the health of the people,especially the elderly.Along with the promotion of the national basic public health project,the grass-roots medical care service of traditional Chinese medicine has made a significant effect on maintaining and promoting the health of the community people,especially the elderly.In recent years,the supply of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care services at the grass-roots level has been continuously improved,and the satisfaction of the elderly in the community with TCM health care services has increased,but the space for improvement is still large.Through literature review,this paper reviews the research and progress in the elderly's demand for traditional Chinese medicine services,the supply of medical care services,and the health management of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.The interview method was used to study the actual implementation and difficulties of TCM related services such as TCM health management,TCM characteristic medical and nursing services,and "treatment of disease",etc.of the first-line providers of TCM related services who worked in community hospitals,and to understand the reasons why residents' demands for TCM medical and nursing services were not fully met from the perspective of service providers,Through the method of questionnaire and case analysis,taking a street in Guangzhou as an example,this paper also investigated the utilization,demand and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine medical care services of 300 elderly residents who went to Guangzhou a street community health service center.Through the research of the above four research methods,combined with the theory of collaborative governance,and combined with the relevant policies of the grass-roots Chinese medicine service in Guangzhou,this paper finds that at present,the provision of the grass-roots Chinese medicine characteristic medical care service shows various limitations: the limitations of the health management service of traditional Chinese medicine,the lack of human resources required by the medical care service of traditional Chinese medicine.The recognition degree of the elderly in the community needs to be improved,and the limitations of information system,case management and the provision of TCM health management services for the elderly in the community need to be improved.In order to better promote the provision of characteristic medical and nursing services at the grassroots level,combined with the Enlightenment of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the provision of characteristic medical and nursing services at the grassroots level: to change the decision-making concept of the provision of relevant services at the grassroots level of traditional Chinese medicine,to strengthen the construction of professional team of traditional Chinese medicine,to strengthen the support of collaborative governance,to improve the construction of information system Suggestions on case management,human resource coordination,adjustment of relevant performance evaluation indicators,strengthening of positive incentives,strengthening of public opinion publicity,etc.
