Objective:Through a questionnaire survey of uremic hemodialysis patients,to understand the status quo of subjective well-being,and to explore the influencing factors from the perspectives of sociodemographic characteristics,social support,family care,mental health,etc.,to improve the subjective well-being of these groups of intervention strategies develop a reference basis.Method:Uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis in 25 hemodialysis-qualified medical institutions in Qiqihar City from March 2018 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.The questionnaire included basic patient information,disease status,overall well-being,social support,and family care.Epidata 3.0 was used for data entry and IBM SPSS 24.0 statistical software was for data processing and analysis.Statistical methods used included descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,multiple linear regression,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Among the 854 respondents,94(11.0%)had low subjective well-being,541(63.3%)had moderate subjective well-being,and 219(25.7%)had high subjective well-being.The overall average score of subjective well-being of the respondents was 66.14±14.84.2.The higher the household income,the higher the subjective well-being score(F=19.467,P<0.05).3.There was a statistically significant difference in the overall scores of subjective well-being among the respondents with different self-assessment lifestyles and living conditions.The better the self-reported lifestyle,the higher the subjective well-being score(F=97.210,P<0.05);The more satisfied the life,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=84.223,P<0.05).4.The differences in subjective well-being of the subjects with different self-care ability and different nursing burdens were statistically significant.The higher the self-care ability,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=53.008,P<0.05).The smaller the burden of care,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=43.019,P<0.05).5.There was a statistically significant difference in the overall scores of subjective well-being among the subjects with different self-assessment of physical health,self-rated sleep status and mental health status.Among them,the better the self-evaluation,the better the overall score of subjective well-being(F=130.344,P<0.05);The better the sleep status,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=78.642,P<0.05);The more mental health status The overall score of subjective well-being was higher(F=172.758,P<0.05).6.The better the family function,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=23.259,P<0.001).7.The higher the social support,the higher the overall score of subjective well-being(F=18.147,P<0.001).8.Analysis of multiple factors showed that the independent influencing factors of subjective well-being of uremic hemodialysis patients were family monthly average income,mental health,self-evaluation of physical health,satisfaction of living conditions,self-assessment of sleep status,self-care ability,self-evaluation lifestyle,the burden of care caused by illness,family function.The per capita monthly income of the family is low,the mental health is high,the self-evaluation is poor,the living conditions are not satisfied,the self-rated sleep condition is poor,the self-care ability is poor,the self-evaluation lifestyle is poor,the care burden caused by the disease is large,and the family dysfunction is on the patient.Subjective well-being scores have a negative predictive effect.The factors affecting the subjective well-being of uremic hemodialysis patients were mental health(-0.276),self-evaluation(-0.183),self-evaluation sleep(-0.166),and satisfaction with living conditions.0.145),self-evaluation lifestyle(-0.124),care burden caused by disease(-0.109),self-care ability(-0.106),family monthly average income(-0.057),family function(-0.052).Conclusion:1.Qiqihar area uremia patients with hemodialysis accounted for 74.3% of low subjective well-being,the subjective well-being of uremia patients with hemodialysis needs to be further improved.2.Family per capita monthly income is low,mental health is high risk,self-assessed poor health,unsatisfactory living conditions,poor self-rated sleep,poor self-care ability,poor self-reported lifestyle,high care burden caused by disease,family dysfunction.There is a negative predictive effect on the patient's subjective well-being score.3.In order to improve the subjective well-being of uremic hemodialysis patients,it is recommended to consider strategies from individual,family,and social aspects.
