The Clinical Observation Of Bu-tu-pei-yuan Decoction Combined With The Music Of Five Elements In The Treatment Of The Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach Type Tinnitus

ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the theory of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of viscera,With tinnitus pentameter therapy for the deficiency of spleen and stomach type were treated by decoction and the music of Five Elements,The severity,anxiety,depression,sleep quality and clinical efficacy of tinnitus were evaluated.Method98 cases of tinnitus patients in our department from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected.It was randomly divided into two groups,A and B.A group were treated by bu-tu-pei-yuan decoction combined with the music of Five Elements,patients in group B treated by bu-tu-pei-yuan decoction.In two groups of patients before and after treatment for 1 months,3 months after treatment,three time nodes with tinnitus disability scale(THI),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Zung self rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)evaluation before and after treatment in all aspects the situation of patients,And evaluate the clinical effect before and after treatment.ResultIn terms of efficiency,the total effective rate of group A patients after 1 months and 3 months was 69.39%and 87.76%respectively.The total effective rate of patients in group B for 1 months and 3 months was 46.93%and 59.18%respectively.There was significant difference in total effective rate between group A and group B after 1 months(P<0.05).The total effecti ve rate at 3 months after treatment in group A was significantly higher than that in B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of tinnitus,bad mood and sleep,After 1 months of treatment,the tinnitus,anxiety,depression and sleep quality scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of the patients in group A were lower than that of the 1 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And lower than the B group,there was a significant difference in the comparison of the degree of tinnitus between the groups and the quality of sleep(P<0.05).ConclusionBu-tu-pei-yuan decoction combined with the music of Five Elements can reduce the patient' s severity of tinnitus,At the same time,it can improve the patient' s anxiety,depression and other bad mood and the quality of sleep.The clinical curative effect of this treatment is better than using traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating the soil foundation.The trend of its curative effect is rising in the two time after the treatment of 1 months and 3 months,and the long-term effect may be better.This method has high compliance,high acceptance and no adverse reaction in patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
