Objectives:In this study, tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)was used to evaluate the degrre of tinnitus in patients and analyze its clinical relevance to sleep status and depression status. Methods:Randomized collection of 100 patients with tinnitus chief complaints from January 2017 to January 2018 in our outpatient and inpatient departments.Ask the basic situation of tinnitus patients:gender, age, duration, tinnitus side, cause of disease and disease evolution, degree of hearing damage, underlying disease, complications, and improve the relevant auditory function screening(such as:pure tone hearing threshold test, electrical reaction test Listening, etc),and in combination with tinnitus disability assessment scale, infer the degree of the current symptoms of tinnitus patients. All subjects were required to fill in the Pittsburgh sleep quaity index(PSQI)to assess their sleep status and to improve the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).The screening and assessment of the degree of depression, the final total score of each research project using a data processing system to complete the statistical analysis. Results:In 100 patients with tinnitus:52 patients(52%)with accompanying sleep disorders,THI score 45.79±21.56 points,PQSI score 11.11±4.14 points;28 patients with depression(28%),THI score 56.82± 19.96 points The PHQ score was 9.09 ± 5.36 points.According to the THI scores, they were divided into normal(0 to 16 points),mild(18 to 36 points),moderate(38 to 56 points),and severe(58 to 100 points). The status of sleep disorders and depression in each group was also counted. The results were as follows:1 In the normal group, the THI score was 10.50±6.25,there were 5 people with sleep problems, the incidence was 27.78%,the PQSI score was 5.00±=3.50 points, there was 1 person with depression, the incidence was 5.56%,and the PHQ score was 2.00±2.00 points;2 mild group patients,THI score 26.50±10.0 points, there are 15 people with sleep problems, the incidence was 41.67%,PQSI score 5.00±5.75 points,5 people with depression, the incidence 13.89%,PHQ score 2.50±1.75 points;3 moderate group patients,THI total score 45.00±7.00 points,13 cases with sleep disorders, sleep disorder rate of 48.15%,PQSI score of 7.00±3.00 points,8 people with depression In people, the prevalence of depression was 29.63%,and the PHQ score was 3.00±4.00;in the severe group, there were 19 people with sleep disorders, the incidence was 100%,the PQSI score was 8.00±9.00,there were 14 people with depression, the incidence At 73.68%,the PHQ score was 7.00±12.00.SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze different levels of THI scores and corresponding PSQI scores and PHQ scores by using the Kruskal-Wallis Test rank sum test. The comparison between the two groups was made using the q test, and the final plot was plotted.Point maps are ranked rank correlations.By correlating the level of tinnitus with sleep disturbance and depression in each group of 100 patients,it was found that there was a moderate positive correlation between the degree of tinnitus and sleep disorders and depression(P<0.01).Conclusions:The degree of subjective tinnitus was positively correlated with sleep disturbance and depression. When the tinnitus symptoms were normal, mild,or moderate, there was no significant difference in the patient's sleep and depression mood. When the severity level was reached, the increase in the degree of tinnitus, the patient's sleep disorders and depressive symptoms significantly increase.
