Huangdi neijing,also known as neijing,is the earliest extant ancient book of traditional Chinese medicine in China.In the process of writing the book,it was influenced by Chinese traditional culture,especially its unique health theory,which is rich in Chinese traditional philosophy.This thesis mainly discusses the health-keeping thought of huangdi neijing.The paper is mainly divided into five points: first,to explore the huangdi neijing into a book inspection and theoretical sources,theoretical sources include ancient health care theory and pre-qin philosophy;Secondly,the philosophical basis of the thought of health preservation in huangdi neijing is analyzed,including "gasification popularity","mutual embrace of Yin and Yang","five elements of life and control",etc.Thirdly,the main contents of the health preservation thought in huangdi neijing are discussed from three aspects: the health preservation goal of the unity of heaven and man,the realm of the virtuous and the true health preservation,and the corresponding health preservation methods of heaven and man.Fourthly,it summarizes the characteristics and modern significance of the health preservation thought in huangdi neijing,and summarizes the characteristics of "following the order of nature","unity of form and spirit","harmony without false",etc.,which has positive significance for guiding modern people in health preservation,disease prevention and environmental protection.
