Comparative Study Of Huangdi Neijing And Huainanzi

Objects:To study comparatively Huangdi Neijing and Huainanzi in the background ofChinese ancient culture , to compare theory system of them in many aspects , to discover the family relationship between the two great works , to reseach the writing background and era of Huangdi Neijing , and to supply new methods and thinking for studying Huangdi Neijing from different angle of many subjects especially culture and Philosophy.Methods:To adopt the way of Philology , and to exert many subjects , such as ancientPhilpsophy , History , Sociology , Logic , Characters , Textual research , Health maintenance and so on . To compare Huangdi Neijing with Huainanzi in academic viewpoint and to jump to objective conclusions.Contents:To analyze the difference and similarity between Huangdi Neijing andHuainanzi in characters expression, the correlations of medical thinking, and the influence of the background of the great culture philosophy . To reseach the theory system of them by exerting the theory of universal origination, theory of material formation , view of man and nature , relation of man and circumstance , theory of Qi, Yin and Yang, doctrine of the five elements , view of body and spirit, view of health maintenance .Results:Huangdi Neijing and Huainanzi were written in Qin and Huan dynasties ,which cause them very similar in style of writing , in special feature of characters and in academic thinking . It can be prove that the two works have family relationships . We could infer also that the writing time of Huangdi Neijing was near to Huainanzi and the former was finished later than the latter by comparing the mature degree of academic thinking .Conclusions:The academic connotation of Huangdi Neijing can be discovered and summarized deeply from different angle of many subjects by the way of philology . At the same time , we draw a scientific conclusion : the writing timeof Huangdi Neijing was near to Huainanzi, and the former was finished later than the latter . The two books are all encyclopedic great works having abundant content and including much accomplishment of predecessor and embodying academic character of Huan dynasty .
