Objective:To take Huangdi Neijing which is TCM based book as object, and the theory of"qi" which is the support theory behind it as the Angle of view,by using the literature research method of ideological history, literature confirmed literature system to research literature content. This paper analyzes the view of human body and disease in Huangdi Neijing under the influence of "Qi Theory" view of the universe, and makes clear the definition of the scope of heart disease in Huangdi Neijing. Methods:This article uses the literature research method of the thought history, the literature confirmed literature system to research literature content, and makes a comparative study of the contents of the theory of qi,the theory of yin-yang and five elements, and the theory of zang-fu meridians in the philosophical and medical works on the pre-qin period to the han dynasty when forms Huangdi Neijing and its supporting theory.1.This paper investigates the formation process of Qi theory, the definition of Qi theory, the relationship between Qi theory and five elements of yin and yang, and the construction of world view theory under the influence of Qi theory and five elements of yin and yang.2.This paper investigates the formation of Zang-fu organs theory and meridian theory, and the influence of the world outlook of yin-yang five-elements numeration on the Zang-fu organs theory, meridian theory and human body view under the control of Qi theory.3.On this basis, the view of disease and the physiological function of heart in Huangdi Neijing were investigated, and the scope of heart disease in Huangdi Nei Jing was finally determined.Results:1.In the period of Yin and Zhou Dynasty, the concept of "heaven and human being isomorphic sympathetic" and "god and earth only" were the universal world outlook of the society at that time. The concept of "isomorphism between heaven and human beings" creates favorable conditions for the formation of the monism of qi,and under the influence of the view of the universe of the "god and the earth",there is a view of the body with a religious nature.2.In the warring States period,Taoists put forward the atheistic "Tao" to construct a new cosmological theory, and the "Qi theory" was produced as the basis of the "Tao"cosmological theory. At the end of the warring States period, the scholars of Qi combined"Yin-Yang and five elements" with "Qi Theory" and had a wide influence on the society.Since then,on the basis of "Qi monism" and combined with "Yin-Yang five elements",the view of the universe has become a social consensus, and its influence has pervaded the construction of the view of the universe, the view of life and the view of disease in Huangdi Neijing.3."Heart" in Huangdi Neijing is the heart in the sense of anatomy, but the understanding of anatomy has limited influence on the construction of medicine and recognition of cardiac function in it.The understanding of heart function in Huangdi Nei Jing is mainly reflected in three aspects:first, the heart in the theory of Zang-fu organs. The function of "heart" in the theory of Zang-fu organs can be summarized as "the principle of mind and God",whose function is based on the understanding of "Qi theory",that is,"heart-principal-god" refers to the hidden spirit of the heart, which is in charge of the life of the whole person, and is equivalent to the broad-sense spirit of modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Second, the digitalized "heart".The digitalized "heart" in Huangdi Neijing belongs to "fire",which is produced by "fire",and the heart is the place of fire in the human body.Third,"heart" in the theory of meridians and collaterals. The "heart" in the theory of meridians and collaterals generally refers to the heart-chest part and the heart organs of the human body along the way of meridians and collaterals.Conclusions:1.Although the heart in Huangdi Neijing refers to the heart in anatomical sense, the theory of physiological function of heart is developed on the basis of Qi theory.2.Based on the understanding of cardiac function in Huangdi Neijing, the scope of heart disease is summarized as follows:first, the symptoms of heart and chest, second, psychosis, and so on.Third, the heart meridians and pericardial meridians contain a series of Meridian mouth symptoms and meridian line diseases;fourth, according to the theory of Yin-Yang five elements of the heart disease.Among them,in Huangdi Neijing, the third type is the mainstream of heart disease, and acupuncture is the main treatment method.3.The definition of heart function and the scope of heart disease in modern Chinese medicine is to adapt to the requirements of the new era and to use the old knowledge to create new theories to serve the clinic. However, because the true connotation of the relevant literature of Huangdi Neijing is not completely consistent with the general understanding of modern Chinese medicine,it is necessary to explore the scope of heart disease and the supporting theory behind it based on Huangdi Neijing. It has positive significance for the further study of heart disease, heart memory image theory,TCM disease view and so on in Huangdi Nei Jing in the future.
