| Objective:Children,who shoulder the great task of the development of our country,is the future of a nation.The children's health-related quality of life is the comprehensive indicator evaluated physical function,psychological development,social adjustment,family function,and subjective experience.Aim to construct the mapping knowledge domain,analyze the research hotspots and evolution route,after the literature on the children's health-related quality of life in the world are summarized by bibliometric analysis.This study will provide valuable references for researchers,meanwhile,put forward constructive suggestions for the development of the related filed in our country.Methods:Such databases as CNKI,WanFang,and Wei Pu were searched to retrieve studies in Chinese about the children's health-related quality of life published from "1999/01/01to2018/12/31",and English literatures published from 1999 to 2018 in Web of science were searched.Based on bibliometrics,the keywords on the children's health-related quality of life were calculated.Then the mapping knowledge domain of keywords was constructed through CiteSpace and VOS viewer.In this research,manual retrieve was used to ensure the integrity of the data.Results:(1)A total of 1726 Chinese articles and 17334 English articles were included.High quality researches were mainly written by Nanhai Maternal and Child Hospital,ChongQing Medical University,Children's Hospital affiliated to ChongQing Medical University in China,and in abroad were mainly produced by Univ Amsterdam,UCL,and GROOTENHUIS MA.(2)Continuous care,quality of life,children,adolescents,epilepsy,bronchial asthma,and left-behind children were cluster names in the mapping knowledge domain of the Chinese literature.Meanwhile stress,cerebral palsy,type 1 diabetes,extreme low birth weight,headache,and sleep were found in the English literature.(3)In recent years,the bust words in Chinese literatures focus on parents,PedsQL4.0,cleft lip and palate,evidence-based nursing,also in English literatures are concentrated in oral health,intellectual disability,diagnosis,the literature,developmental disability,and autism spectrum disorder.Conclusion:(1)Children's health-related quality of life has received more attention in the world.Researches in this filed are of high practical value,and have been flourishing.Presently,researchers mainly focused on the university and affiliated hospitals in the Eastern and Midlands in China,as well as developed countries in Europe and America.But,the domestic research on the issue is relatively far behind the international level,so it is particularly important to promote the research.(2)Research hotspots in Children's health-related quality of life in the world,focus on physical illness,mental health,children in difficulty(migrant children),and constructing of scales.Further more,family-centered care is also the special hotspots in China.(3)The evolution direction in our country will be concentrated with the family-centered care,child health-related quality of life scales,care for children with cleft lip and palate,and evidence-based care.At the same time,foreign researches will focus on children's oral health,protection of vulnerable groups of children,and improvement of children's medical diagnosis. |
