| Objective:This study investigated the status of social relationship quality,disability acceptance and alexithymia in stroke patients;analyzed the impact of general demographic data on the quality of social relationships,disability acceptance and alexithymia;and clarified the social relationship of stroke patients The correlation between quality,disability acceptance and alexithymia;lay the foundation for reducing the degree of alexithymia and guiding clinical and community rehabilitation.Methods:This study was a non-experimental correlation study.A convenient sampling method was used to select 275 patients with convalescent stroke who met the inclusion criteria from five tertiary hospitals in Jilin Province.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed in this study,296 were returned,21 invalid questionnaires were excluded,and 275 valid questionnaires were used-Patients were quantitatively assessed through the General Demographic Questionnaire,the Social Relationship Quality Scale,the Disability Acceptance Scale,and the Toronto Atheros Disorder Scale.The statistical software SPSS 19.0 Chinese version was used to analyze the effective questionnaires,and the mean,standard deviation,frequency and percentage were used to describe the general demographic characteristics,social relationship quality,disability acceptance and alexithymia of stroke patients.At present,t-test or analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in social relationship quality,disability acceptance,and alexithymia in general demographic data.The Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the social relationship quality and disability acceptance of stroke patients.The correlation between emotional barriers.There was a significant difference between the study and P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Results:(1)In this study,the total score of social relationship quality of patients during stroke rehabilitation was(43.95±6.83),which was at a medium level,in terms of age,marital status,education level,family monthly income etc.There was a significant difference,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In this study,the total score of disability acceptance in patients during stroke rehabilitation was(102.41±17.90),11.6%of people with low disability acceptance,41.8%of moderate disability acceptance,and 46.5%of high disability acceptance.In different genders,ages,places of residence,education level,presence or absence of spouse,family income,type of medical insurance and time of illness.Factors were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In this study,the total score of alexithymia in patients during stroke rehabilitation was(61.64±13.45),24%of the population were non-sympathetic disorders,27.3%were moderate alexithmia,and 48.7%were more obvious alexithymia.,which was related to factors such as gender,age,marital status,education level,family monthly income and type of medical insurance.And the influence of various factors on the alexithymia was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After analyzing the correlation between social relationship quality,disability acceptance and alexithymia in patients during stroke rehabilitation,it was concluded that the quality of social relationship was positively correlated with disability acceptance(r=.509,P?0.01);the quality of social relationship)disability acceptance were a negative correlation with alexithymia(r=-.440,P?0.01;r=-.611,P?0.01).Conclusion:The quality of social relationship and the degree of disability acceptance affect the degree of alexithymia in patients during rehabilitation,and there is a certain correlation between the three.In clinical work,it is suggested that medical staff not only need to restore the physical function of the patient to the greatest extent,but also It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of patients,improve the quality of social relations of patients,increase the degree of disability acceptance,and reduce the occurrence of alexithymia. |
