similarities and differences with the law of acupoints of Li's acupuncture method,and explores the inheritance of Li's acupuncture method and its influence on the thought of acupuncture method of ancient and modern physicians.Li has been dead for hundreds of years,but contemporary doctors are still using the "local/upper reinforcing and distance/downward reducing" acupuncture treatment of Song Dynasty,Dou Hanqing in Yuan Dynasty and Wei Yilin in Yuan Dynasty.In the treatment of facial features disease,the acupuncture method has definite basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and basic theory of western medicine as the support and rich clinical practice to test,its "reason" is obvious,its "law" rooted in the classic,its "prescription" simple and easy to carry out,its "skill" is distinct and unique,its "effect" is quick and safe.Clinical value:the acupuncture method of "local/upper reinforcing and distance/downward reducing " has great clinical significance,especially in the clinical application of ENT has a wide range of significance.The clinical features of the acupuncture treatment of five-facial diseases are : local/upper reinforcing and distance/downward for the rate ",up to four points,even the lower part of the point can be,with fewer and refined points,easy to learn easy to use,attach importance to acupuncture taboo,safe and effective,suitable for clinical promotion,especially for modern clinical five-government disease differentiation and treatment has important guiding significance,and adapt to modern demand to enjoy medical treatment,less
