Objective:By observing and comparing the difference of curative effect degree and symptom function scores of 60 patients with cervical vertigo, the curative effect of thermal moxibustion combined with acupuncture on cervical vertigo was further analyzed. To explore the therapeutic significance and clinical availability of thermal moxibustion combined with acupuncture. Methods:The 60 patients selected in this study who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria were all admitted to the acupuncture clinic of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.According to the complete randomized controlled method, they were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture, while the control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. After two courses of treatment, the changes of cervical vertigo symptoms and function evaluation scale before and after the treatment were compared, and the obtained data were processed. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and summarized. Results:Comparing the difference of cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale scores before and after treatment,it is shown that the total symptom and function scores and all scores before and after the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group and flunarizine hydrochloride group have been improved, but the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment group is better than the oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule control group. The clinical total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group. The control group was 86.67%.And the curative effect between the two groups was statistically different(P?0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group on symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo patients was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:This experiment shows that the clinical total effective rate of thermalmoxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating cervical vertigo is higher than that of oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule group.Compared with the two groups, the former has more prominent effect in improving vertigo symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo patients.Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group is mainly used to treat cervical vertigo. It is found through modern medical research that heat-sensitive moxibustion can promote blood circulation, increase the release of vasodilator factors such as serum nitric oxide, enhance the inhibitory effect of serum nitric oxide on monocyte adhesion to vascular endothelial cells and platelet aggregation, increase the compliance and permeability of blood vessels, improve the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery, and finally achieve the micro-level therapeutic effect of humoral factors.Acupuncture at cervical acupoints can relax cervical vertebrooccipital muscle groups, relieve the mechanical compression of blood vessels and the stimulation of cervical nerve roots, reduce the excitability of sympathetic nerve, increase the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery, and thus improve the symptoms.Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture has a good clinical therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo symptoms and functions, which is worth studying and exploring.
