Randomized Controlled Trials On The Clinical Effects Of Heat-sensitive Moxibust Ion In Treating Cervical Spondylosis Of Cevical Type

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion and moxibustion and moxibustion on the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis,evaluate the difference of the curative effect of the two therapies,and discuss the advantages of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for cervical cervical spondylosis.High incidence of cervical spondylosis,thermal law.Methods100 patients with cervical cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups:50 cases in the treatment group(heat sensitive moxibustion group),50 cases in the control group(moxa cone moxibustion),and 50 cases were treated with the control group.Treatment group using thermal moxibustion moxa in the neck and shoulder,Du,foot sun on the exploration of thermal points and to moxibustion,moxibustion to heat disappeared.Every other day,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The control group was treated with moxa moxibustion in bilateral cervical gutting tenderness,Dazhui,bilateral shoulder well treatment,moxibustion to local flushing warm for the degree,each hole moxibustion 5 PCS.Every other day,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The overall curative effect of the two groups was observed and the scores of the NPQ neck pain score and the MPQ pain questionnaire were summarized,and the thermo-sensitive and thermodynamically sensitive laws were summarized.ResultsThe age,sex,course of disease,bow length and NPQ and MPQ scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 94%in the treatment group and 78%in the control group.The difference between the two groups at the end of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NPQ and MPQ scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of NPQ and MPQ were significantly improved after treatment in the first course of treatment.The scores of NPQ and MPQ in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Dazhui for cervical cervical spondylosis of high fever,the frequency of up to 46%;followed by Wangu,Tianzong,Jianwaishu and so on.Cervical cervical spondylosis of the heat phenomenon to the highest frequency of heat transfer,indicating cervical neck disease in the meridian,muscle for the more;followed by the phenomenon of heat,indicating cervical cervical spondylosis inward transmission trend;Followed by the phenomenon of heat expansion.ConclusionThermal moxibustion therapy and moxa cone moxibustion therapy in the improvement of cervical spondylotic myelopathy have a certain effect,and heat moxibustion treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis better than moxa cone moxibustion,can effectively improve the pain symptoms,prevention of disease transmission;And heat moxibustion treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis have a certain high fever points,the clinical treatment has a certain guiding significance.
